Payments made for products distributed by Glow Australia, deliver all products as purchased and sold under the trade terms of this agreement:

All products purchased are brand new and in original condition, unless otherwise purchased or sold in second hand or in a as new condition. 

Products will be delivered after payment has been made in full. No trade accounts, consignment goods, or products delivered in advance of payment will be made. 

If goods haven't been delivered within 6 weeks of order. A full refund will be made at the customers request in writing as required under our refund terms of agreement.
