Items ordered and paid for before 11.00am Mon-Fri are shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available.  When your order has been shipped you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

We use multiple carriers to deliver our online orders. Depending on your order, it will be shipped with one or more of the below carriers.

The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email(s) will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your package. 

What are your delivery timeframes?

With the current COVID19 situation, the postage time might be delayed.  Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow:

  • Metro delivery : 3 – 10 business days
  • Regional delivery : 5 – 15 business days
  • Remote delivery : 10 – 20 business days
